Test on Rational Number Word Problems #3

3.  A rectangular room measures 9.2 m by 6.9 m. To cover the floor of the room, the homeowner chooses square tiles with an area of 529 cm^2. How many tiles would be needed to completely cover the floor?









You need 1200 tiles to completely cover the floor.
